Hutchinson Builders

Established in 1912, Hutchinson Builders is one of Australia’s largest privately owned construction companies. With over 300 projects delivered annually, Hutchies recorded a $2.87 billion turnover in 2020.

As GBCA members, Hutchinson Builders lead the way in sustainable building services and systems. With one in every 12 Green Star-rated buildings in Australia constructed by Hutchies, they’ve delivered over $2 billion worth of Green Star projects.

Recent work includes the first phase of truss installation for the Castle Residences project, delivering luxury apartments alongside five-star hotel services in collaboration with United Development Sydney.

Richard Crookes Constructions

Founded in 1976, Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is a family-owned business delivering high-quality projects across NSW and the ACT.

RCC is committed to continually improving sustainability across their operations, focusing on reduced resource consumption and sustainable reuse at the end of asset life. Current projects include the redevelopment of Wyong Hospital in Hamlyn Terrace, NSW.
