You can make a booking using the PumperDump App or via our online booking portal:

Bookings can be made for the next business day or any future date.

Generally, yes.

For locations within 15 km of the CBD, PumperDump units are typically:

  • Delivered on the same day as your concrete pour, ideally before but as close to the beginning of the pour, and
  • Collected once washout and blowback are completed after pick up is requested.

For locations outside the 15 km CBD radius, units may be:

  • Delivered the day before the concrete pour, and
  • Collected once the unit is no longer required, or the following day.

Please note:

  • Units can only be left on the road if you have the appropriate DA/permit/working zone.

Our team will work with you to make the service possible wherever feasible.

No. PumperDump units are prepared at our depot with a release agent and are ready for use upon delivery.

There is no need to line the unit with plastic or any other material.

Only concrete washout waste should be placed in the unit.

Please note:

  • Plastic or general waste must not be placed in the unit

An additional “general waste” fee will apply if plastic or other non-approved waste is found in the unit upon collection

Washout Unit FAQs

What is a Pumperdump Washout Unit?

A concrete washout unit is a containment system used on construction sites to safely collect and manage leftover concrete and wash water from concrete pumps, chutes, and tools after a pour.

In simple terms: it’s where the concrete goes when you clean the equipment—so it doesn’t end up on the ground or in stormwater drains.

PumperDump washout units, specifically, are:

  • Low-profile, designed to fit under about 95% of concrete pump hoppers

  • Constructed from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning

  • Designed to capture both waste concrete and concrete wash water

  • Have a typical capacity of 0.8 mÂł

These units help sites:

  • Comply with environmental and EPA regulations

  • Prevent soil and water contamination

  • Keep work areas cleaner and safer

  • Reduce cleanup time and disposal issues

Blowback Bin FAQs

What is a Pumperdump Blowback Bin?

A Concrete Blow Back Unit (CBBB) is a heavy-duty containment system—similar to a skip bin—designed to safely receive concrete waste blown back under pressure from long concrete pump lines during clean-out.

When pumping over long distances, residual concrete and wash water are often forced back through the line at high pressure. Blow back units provide a controlled, enclosed area to capture this material safely.

PumperDump blow back units feature:

  • A robust skip-bin style design built to handle high-pressure blow back

  • Secured lids to prevent splash, overflow, and airborne concrete waste

  • Supplied to site with additional covers as a contingency if the volume of concrete and water exceeds the unit’s capacity

  • Improved site safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance

These units are essential for managing concrete waste from long lines efficiently, reducing mess, minimizing risk to workers, and ensuring responsible waste containment.
